1).How to place an order
The below steps tells you how to order through our company.
①Inquiry. Send us your design and order specification including size, quantity, process and etc. You don't have to get a finished design, even a concept will work. You could send us your logo and pick the detail specification, we will make you a sketch out free of charge when you accept our price and would like to go to the further step of the order.
②Paper proof confirmation. A paper proof will be made for your confirmation if you have accepted our quotation. Please send us you vector artwork if you have.
③Payment. For new customers, we will need to receive your payment before starting production. Wire transfer, cheque, Paypal,
④Production: We will start production as soon as payment is made and paper proof confirmed. Pre-production sample could be made and sent to you for your confirmation before bulk production under your special requirement. We will keep you post up with the latest news for the production once it is started
⑤Delivery. We will send you the product by international door-to-door express courier, by sea or by air under you instruction. Tracking number or BL will be sent to you with all the required document after shipment.
⑥Receiving products. Pick up your products via the door-to-door express courier at your office when they dispatch or go to get them by yourself with the forwarder when the reach the port if shipment is sent by sea or air.
2).What is your Minimum Order Quantity
There is no MOQ, but quantity will directly influence the price. Surely, the larger quantity, the more favourable price &the more discount
3).What's your lead time for sampling and mass production?
Our items include Die-casting items, Stamped items, Casted items, PVC & Lanyard items etc. Regular it needs 6-7 business days for sample, 10-12 business days for small order no more than 3000pcs,the bulk order will need a little more working days.
4). What artwork format do you prefer?
All of Jpg,Bmp,Doc are Ok. AI (Adobe Illustrator), vectorized PDF, EPS or CDR are preferred, for offset (CMYK) printed items we prefer image resolution greater than 500dpi which assure the final products reach a very fine detail. You don't have to get a finished design, even a concept will work.
5). What materials & metals Are your products made?
All of our custom are products struck or cast by metal. The base metal used depends on the type of items, as well as other factors and availability. The types of metals we use include copper, brass, steel and zinc alloy. We can also provide products made of aluminum and stainless steel upon request.
6). How do you make sure a perfect sample to be made?
A technical drawing will be sent to you for approval base on your provided graphic after order confirmation, normally 2D structure items will be very easy to realize, however, for some complex designs involve very fine detail, 3D relief or full 3D such as cartoon & sports figure, portrait or fine detailed scenery, we will provide wax or aluminum made prototype for your approval before proceed actual tooling, so any mistake or detail can still be revised beforehand.
7).Do you do custom packaging for customer?
Yes, of course.We provide packing solutions for customer base on product type or customer request, you may also choose via our existing gift boxes, OPP bags, paper boxes and blisters etc. to imprint your LOGO and it can be quick and easy.
8).What forms of payment do you accept?
Wire transfer, cheque, T/T, Western Union, Paypal (charge 4% as extra banking fee) Credit card (for order amount less than USD3000)etc. We recommend that less than 1000 dollars should be paid in full so as to save some payment cost. When we have built up long term relationship after several orders, we could apply month payment terms so as to save some payment cost.
9).What are your major shipping methods?
70% of our orders were shipped via our prepaid courier accounts such as UPS, DHL, Fedex etc. Faezrland has very good rate with these major international couriers, for order weight less than 200kg , we strongly suggest you to ship it via courier, for some regions our rate often cheaper than airfreight. If the customer has specified the methods,we will complete all as your request.
10).How do you make sure final products meet customer requirement?
Any mass productions are proceeded base on your approved drawing or sample, each order will be inspected by our QC dept. at each process, and our sales reps will double check for you the quality & detail of each order and send you photos before shipment, so any problems can be corrected before shipment.
11). Are the Sizes Listed On Your Website the Only Sizes Available?
While the sizes listed on our website represent the most common sizes for custom item, we can custom manufacture any specific size as long as the design is producible. Small text will typically come out at sizes smaller than 3/4″. We can produce pins ranging form approximately 1/4″ in diameter up to 3″. Specific MM and CM sizes are available.
12).Why are there so many different styles of pins, and how do I know which is best for me?
Each of the different styles of lapel pins we manufacture offer a unique appearance according to your needs and preference. The primary difference between each style is purely aesthetic. Deciding on a particular style is all up to your preference for what your final pins will look like, including the metal plating color, polished or antique finish and other customized options.
